Impacts within the primary service area are mitigated according to the following ratios:
1 acre of temporary impact is mitigated by 1.5 credit
1 acre of permanent impact is mitigated by 2 credits
Secondary Service Area
The Bank’s secondary service area is comprised of the following HUC8 Units within the State of Colorado:
Lone Tree-Owl
Crow
Big Thompson
St. Vrain
Clear Creek
Middle South Platte (portion north of Interstate 76)
Impacts within the secondary service area are mitigated according to the following ratios:
1 acre of temporary impact is mitigated by 2 credits
1 acre of permanent impact is mitigate by 3 credits
